About the Lower Level Buyout
Not every event fits in one room, and the Lower Level Buyout means yours doesn’t have to. The Lower Level Buyout sets aside the entire lower level of the Center for your group alone, combining three of our signature indoor spaces, the Glenn, the Shirley Clarke Franklin Pavilion, and the Atlanta Boardroom, along with the outdoor Georgia-Pacific Fountain Plaza. You also have access to a Green Room within the Shirley Clarke Franklin Pavilion for additional use.
The pre-function lobby ties together the three indoor rooms, so your guests can move between a general session, a set of breakouts, and a reception without ever stepping outside your event.
A private entrance off the Plaza brings everyone straight into that lobby, which keeps arrival simple no matter how many guests you’re hosting.
Because the whole floor is yours, your event coordinator can help assign each room a role in your event. The Lower Level Buyout offers exceptional flexibility for events requiring multiple spaces, allowing your guests the opportunity to explore and enjoy different settings and ensuring complete privacy.
