Accessibility at the Center

At the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, we are committed to ensuring every visitor can fully experience our exhibitions and programs. Our space is designed to be inclusive and accessible for people with disabilities. We meet all ADA requirements and strive to go beyond compliance to create a welcoming, equitable environment for all.

Mobility Access
  • The Center is wheelchair accessible.
  • Conventional wheelchairs are permitted throughout the museum, and we offer a limited number of wheelchairs for guest use at no cost.
  • Single strollers and front-facing baby carriers are allowed. We encourage caregivers to choose the option that best supports their child’s safety and comfort.
