Membership FAQs
* What are the disclaimers around discounted tickets?
Discounted general admission tickets and complimentary guest passes are valid for normal business hours when open to the public. Discounted tickets must be purchased in person at the ticket window. At least one named adult/cardholder must be present with children 17 and under to access the museum.
Is my membership tax-deductible?
Yes. The tax-deductibility details for your membership are included in the automatic acknowledgment email you receive at the time of purchase.
Do I need to show ID to use my membership?
Yes. For College or Senior memberships, valid photo ID is required.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes. Contact our team to upgrade at any time and receive full benefits.
* What are NARM and ROAM?
The North American Reciprocal Museum (NARM) Association and the Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums (ROAM) are membership programs that offer added value to Center memberships at the Family level and up. If you’re a member at a qualifying level, you’ll enjoy free or discounted admission to more than 1,500 museums, galleries, and cultural institutions across North America.
