Dragon Con weekend meets civic imagination at the Center! During this special four-day adventure, families are invited to explore the galleries through a building-wide educational experience inspired by heroes, changemakers, and the power of using your voice for good. Complete interactive challenges, discover stories of real-life change agents, and learn how ordinary people can make an extraordinary impact in their communities. Guests can also get creative by making their own superhero-style capes and designing personalized trading cards that celebrate the qualities of a changemaker, including courage, empathy, leadership, and perseverance. Throughout the experience, young visitors will be encouraged to imagine the kind of change they want to create in the world. Since the event takes place during Dragon Con weekend, visitors are encouraged to join the fun by arriving in Dragon Con-inspired costumes or creating their own Change Agent cosplay. Whether you're a superhero, fantasy adventurer, sci-fi explorer, or a real-world champion for justice, come dressed as the hero you aspire to be and celebrate a weekend of creativity, learning, and inspiration. Costumes are welcome but not required.

Through an engaging and age-appropriate story, children and families will learn about the life and accomplishments of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first Black woman to serve on the United States Supreme Court. Designed to inspire young readers, this interactive program highlights the power of perseverance, education, and leadership. As families follow Justice Jackson's journey, they will explore how courage, hard work, and a commitment to fairness can help create positive change in our communities. After the reading, guests will have the opportunity to reflect on what it means to be a leader and a changemaker in their own lives.
