Civil Rights Pillar Club members commit to making an annual gift of at least $1,000 to $2,500, strengthing the foundation of our four pillars – exhibitions, public engagement programs, education initiatives, and The Center Innovation Lab.

Honoring the advocacy and the life of Bayard Rustin, members of The Bayard Rustin’s LGBTQ Leadership Society enhances the network of minds leading serious conversations to advance LGBTQ equity. An annual contribution of $1,000 to $2,500 further critical research and education focused on the LGBTQ life in the American South.

The Bayard Rustin Engagement Opportunities:

  • Two tickets to annual Symposium (Spring) and Business Forum (Fall)
  • One ticket to Annual Gala and recognition in program

Launched in 2010, the Women’s Solidarity Society provides financial support to sustain programs and exhibitions focused on women and girls.

The Founding WSS members raised $1 million to support The National Center for Civil and Human Rights to ensure women and girls can learn about the continuum of gender issues, ranging from women’s suffrage and the role of women in the American Civil Rights Movement to contemporary gender-based human rights issues.

Incoming Society members who contribute at least $1,000 and less than $5,000 each year have the opportunity to provide input and feedback on women’s and girl’s programs and content, in addition to recruiting and sponsoring other society members.
