What is timed ticketing?
A: Timed entry slots allow guests to select a date and time for their visit. You will only be allowed entry for your specific session. Timed tickets are available in 30-minute blocks.
Q: Are you limiting the number of visitors allowed in The Center?
A: Yes, we are limiting capacity to comply with social distancing guidelines. Please follow social distancing guidelines carefully, maintaining 6 feet of space from others not in your party during your visit.
Q: Are face coverings required?
A: Yes, everyone ages 3 years and up will be required to wear a face covering during the duration of the visit. All staff will be wearing face coverings. If you don’t have your own face covering, a disposable mask will be provided for you during your visit.
Q: Are visitors required to have their temperature checked upon entry?
A: All visitors must consent to a contactless temperature scan prior to entering The Center. Visitors with temperatures above 100.4 degrees will be asked to reschedule their visit.

A: Tickets are non-refundable; however, you can transfer your ticket to another date by calling 678-999-8990, emailing [email protected], or waiting for entry upon availability.
Q: Are walk-up tickets available at the Box Office?
A: Until further notice, walk-up tickets are not available. All tickets must be purchased online in advance of your visit. You will receive an electronic ticket to present upon arriving at the museum for a low-contact check-in process.
Q: Can I purchase a membership or convert my tickets to a membership during my visit?
A: You can join online from anywhere, but it’s best to join or renew before you arrive at The Center. Memberships are active immediately. Members are required to reserve tickets in advance so waiting until you arrive does not guarantee tickets will be available. If you’d like to convert your tickets to a membership, please call 404.929.6340 or email [email protected]
Q: Do members have to buy timed tickets?
A: Members will need to reserve timed tickets online at no charge. A daily allotment of tickets is reserved for members and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: How do I register my membership account online?
A: If this is your first time buying online tickets, you will need to register your account. Once registration is complete you will be able to reserve tickets for your membership level. Please make sure all adults and caregivers are aware of this policy. In order to receive free admission tickets, reservations must be made under the primary member’s name.
