  • This events has passed.

In the air of our new year, we as Atlantans need to come together and reengage as a united community!
January 15th @ 2pm, on the 87th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s birth, the Center for Civil and Human Rights presents Raise Your Voice – a community invitation for all to come & share in song regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation or political affiliation. The music program will be lead by Donal Noonan, (exec. dir. of the Atlanta Homeward Choir & Music Director of the Shrine of Immaculate Conception & The Atlanta Homeward Choir). CEO of the Center for Civil and Human Rights, Derreck Kayongo, will close the program with a keynote speech.
This is a FREE event and open to the public. If you are interested in touring the Center for Civil and Human Rights afterwards, tickets are available to purchase.
If you carry a tune in your heart,
or you carry a tune in a bucket,
come join us and sing!
