Craig Richey

As a Senior Managing Director in Accenture’s Chicago office, Craig Richey leads Accenture’s strategy and consulting business in the Midwest Market Unit. Strategy and Consulting delivers key services across all industries and functions including the functional domains of finance, talent & human potential, supply chain and operations, customer sales and service, applied intelligence, and technology. Craig has responsibility for over 2,000 high performing team members within the Midwest Market Unit. He is a seasoned executive management consultant with experience in corporate strategy, finance & operational transformation, organizational alignment, business process reengineering and technical enabled transformations. He has a proven track record in identifying strategic value creation opportunities, designing transformational business solutions, cultivating long term relationships, and leading large teams. He is also the Executive Sponsor for the African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG).

Craig attended Anderson University, where he majored in Political Science was on the baseball team. He attended graduate school at Northern Illinois University where he received a Masters in Public Administration, and received the Rhoten Fellowship.

Craig is an advocate for diverse perspectives at all tables and carries that passion while supporting teams and mentoring within Accenture and within his community. He currently serves on the Board for Link Unlimited Scholars, an organization committed to elevating the future of high potential African American youth. Outside of work Craig enjoys traveling, watching baseball and enjoying a glass of pinot.
