The National Center for Civil and Human Rights and Made by Us are hosting a Slice of History, a meet-up for young adults ages 18-30, to kick off Civic Season 2023. We’ll have free pizza, drinks, a live DJ, and – best of all – we’ll take a trip back to the past and discover some lesser-known parts of history. Miss the fun scavenger hunts you did when you visited a museum when you were younger? We’re bringing them back with a fun twist for you and your friends to explore together!
PLUS snap your pic to remember the night at our virtual photo booth, take a stand for the things you believe in with the I Stand For posters, and discover all about making change in your community and how you can make the most of Civic Season with our guidebook The Story of You!
Join us at The National Center for Civil and Human Rights on Saturday, June 17th, from 6-8 pm for a night of pizza, history, and fun.
