DESCRIPTION:Join us this Saturday for an unforgettable experience with interactive storyteller Mama Koku\, who will lead high-energy\, improvised storytelling sessions at 12 p.m. Known for her magnetic stage presence\, Mama Koku transforms storytelling into “story-doing\,” inviting children and families to step into the narrative and become part of the performance. Each session is lively\, creative\, and completely unique\, blending imagination\, movement\, and collaboration in a way that keeps audiences fully engaged. \n\nWhile you’re here\, be sure to explore Change Agent Adventure: Children’s Gallery\, an interactive space designed for children 12 and under. This hands-on “secret headquarters” invites kids to play\, create\, and build confidence as they discover what it means to be a changemaker. \nAbout the Storyteller\nMama Koku is a celebrated teaching artist and storyteller known throughout Metro Atlanta for her dynamic and interactive style. A graduate with honors from North Carolina Central University\, she studied theater with concentrations in performance and education. She began her career as a high school theatre teacher\, where she honed her work as a storyteller and children’s writer.
