Core Competencies
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to engage in sales and customer calling
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications, as well as web-based applications
- Experience with databases, ticketing systems, and/or online sales applications preferred
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis
- Customer Service experience required
- Must be able to actively engage with the general public
- Sales experience a plus
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods of standing and/or sitting
- Primarily desk work e.g. working on a computer and answering phones
- Cognitive ability to timely make and communicate decisions consistent with organizational policy
- Ability to lift, carry, and or move up to 25 pounds
- Bending, reaching, kneeling
