Voices of our Community

Repost: Teaching Ferguson

by Mike Murawski, Art Museum Teaching

One of the biggest challenges we often face as a nation is our inability to express our opinions and emotions to others about issues that continue to divide us. The events of Ferguson are no different. As we work to educate and inspire our youth and to build awareness within our communities, it is important to encourage constructive dialogue around these issues. Art Museum Teaching sourced a list of valuable resources for educators, institutions, families and community members to use as you engage in peaceful dialogue around the events in Ferguson.  We hope it helps in facilitating your conversations and leads to positive change. Check it out here.
