Launched in 2010, the Women’s Solidarity Society engages women both locally and nationally who are interested in contributing to programming and exhibitions that focus on women’s and girls’ issues. The Center is where women and girls will learn about the continuum of gender issues, ranging from women’s suffrage and the role of women in The American Civil Rights Movement to contemporary gender-based human rights issues.

Civil Rights Pillar Club members commit to making an annual gift of at least $1,000-$2,500, strengthening the foundation of our four pillars – exhibitions, public engagement programs, education initiatives and The Center Innovation Lab.

CIVIL RIGHTS CLUB ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Quarterly updates on the impact of your generosity
  • Special recognition in appreciation of your commitment
  • Invitation to exclusive exhibit previews throughout the year
